The club in one place
Club overview, curriculum and coaching philosophy in one place, so every coach in the organisation works from the same foundation rather than their own notebook.
Plans for the squad and the individual
Training plans are built for the whole team and for a single athlete. A season, a microcycle and one session all live in the same structure.
Preparation reaches the players
Sharing preparation ahead of a match or session, instructions and messages between coaches and athletes. Nothing gets lost between email and a group chat.
Data you can decide on
Tracking performance, health and training load. Not numbers for their own sake, but grounds for deciding what to add or take away at tomorrow's session.
Context
XPS Network by Sideline Sports is a centralised platform for sports organisations to plan, communicate and analyse. Clubs, federations, school and professional teams use it in more than 90 countries. Among the clients Sideline Sports names publicly are the NBA's LA Clippers and the Icelandic men's national football team. We mention them as context for the level the product operates at, not as something we brought in.
Our role
We contributed to the product as part of the development team, not as a standalone supplier. The work happened inside an existing codebase, alongside Sideline Sports' in-house team.
Technical approach
The web side of the platform is built on React and TypeScript, with data flowing through GraphQL and Apollo. It is a large product where a single screen carries a lot at once, so most of the work is about keeping it readable after hours of use, not about effects.
Where we are today
The engagement started in 2022 and is still running in 2026. The longest continuous project in our portfolio. The platform is live and still being developed.
