A glimpse of what we do
(02) A stack that earns its place
No compromise in the foundations
Nothing here was picked by habit. What decided each one was speed, reliability or motion.
Fast from the first request.
Mistakes show while writing, not at the client.
One codebase, two platforms.
One language, server and client.
Asks for only what it needs.
Motion you feel rather than notice.
(03) Why Thunderstruck
Why this one lands differently
No templates, no page builders
Every project is hand-coded. It carries exactly the code it needs — not ten times that after a stack of plugins.
You see it before you hear it
The page is on screen before a visitor registers that they waited.
Motion as craft, not an add-on
Animation and scroll-driven interaction are standard across every category. Movement guides attention toward the action, and otherwise stays out of the way.
Performance and SEO in every project
Speed and search visibility are not a separate service but a bar that applies to a site, an app and a store alike. We measure on real devices.
Verify it liveTalk to the people building it
You deal directly with whoever is building your project. No account manager sitting between you and the work.
(04) The studio
Deep in the detail
Thunderstruck was built on one idea: the first seconds decide everything, so all of it has to be fast, unmistakable and impossible to ignore.
We run it on more than ten years of software development, with an eye on performance and detail — technical grounding paired with a real feel for design and motion.
The size of the team follows the project — from solo work to a network of specialists across design, QA and development.
The result is work that looks good and pays for itself.
(05) Manifesto
We don't build anything that waits to be noticed.
Speed isn't a feature. It's the first impression, and you get one.
We'd rather stand out than blend in.
Maroš SmrekFounder / CEO(06) How we work
Four steps, no surprises
Discovery
We start with what the project has to achieve and who it has to convince. Goals, audience and constraints are settled before the first design lands.
Design
We resolve visual direction, layout and typography in the running product as much as in the design file — so what you approve is what ships.
Build
The engineering gets the same attention as the design. Quality cannot be added afterwards — it is built in here, from the start.
Launch
We check performance and technical quality across devices and tune what needs tuning. Once it is live, we stay available.

(08) Frequent questions
The questions that come up most
How long does a project take?
A landing page in two to three days. A larger company site, an app or a store takes longer, depending on scope. You get a firm date after discovery.
What technologies do you use?
Next.js and TypeScript underneath, React Native for mobile, GSAP for motion and Tailwind for styling. No WordPress, no page builders.
Do you handle content and copy, or only design and code?
Design, code and motion are the core. For copywriting and translation we bring in a specialist from our network when a project needs one.
Do you support the work after launch?
Yes. An agreed support window follows handover, and it can continue as ongoing maintenance or further iterations.
What will it cost?
It depends on scope, number of sections and how involved the solution is. After a short exchange you get a clear quote.
