Terms

The terms for using this site, and the frame we work in with clients. Any actual project runs on its own contract — this is what applies around it.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

What these terms cover

They cover use of thunderstruck.studio and the tools on it — the contact form, call booking, chat and the AI audit. Using the site means accepting them.

How an engagement starts

Sending the form or booking a call is not an order and binds neither side. They are the opening of a conversation.

Work begins with a written agreement setting out scope, price, timing and how the work is handed over. That is the binding document.

Pricing on this site

The figures in the pricing section are indicative and exist to give you a sense of the order of investment. They are not a formal quote.

A binding price follows once we have been through the brief together — because scope, not a template, decides how much work a project takes.

The AI audit

The AI audit is an automated tool. It reads the publicly available content of the address you give it and generates comments on it using a language model.

Its output is indicative and does not replace professional assessment. We do not guarantee it is complete or accurate, and we are not answerable for decisions made on the strength of it.

Only run it against sites you are entitled to. It is meant for ordinary use; excessive or automated calling may be rate-limited.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, code and the Thunderstruck name — is ours unless stated otherwise on a given element. Work shown remains the property of the respective clients and appears here as reference.

Transfer of rights to what we produce for a client is always handled in that project's contract.

Liability

The site's content is informational. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that the site is continuously available.

We are not liable for loss arising from use of the site, or from being unable to use it, to the extent the law permits.

Links to other sites

The site links to client projects and third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms; the version published here, with the date shown, is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
